- No more they suffer, in pain or in sadness,
- For here they are whole, their lives filled with gladness.
- Their limbs restored, their health renewed,
- Their bodies have healed, with strength imbued.

My beloved Cisco,
Not a day goes by in which I do not
see you someplace in the house.
I miss the sound of your foot steps.
You will forever be in my heart and
hold a special place.
Your knowing eyes and comforting
nudges are greatly missed.
I know you are no longer suffering
and you can run and jump again.
I must remind myself of this.
The tears continue to fall, but the
memories make me smile.

You came into my life at one of it's lowest points. I was fighting cancer, and you helped me through it with your sweet presence. You taugth us all the meaning of unconditional love. I miss you and think of you every day.I know I will see you again, but until then, wait patiently.

I am standing upon the seashore. A ship at my side
spreads her white sails to the morning breeze and
starts for the blue ocean. She is an object of beauty
and strength. I stand and watch her until at length
she hangs like a speck of white cloud just where the
sea and sky come to mingle with each other.
Then someone at my side says:
"There, she is gone!"
"Gone where?"
Gone from my sight. That is all.
She is just as large in mast and hull and spar as she
was when she left my side, and she is just as able to
bear her load of living freight to her destined port.
Her diminished size is in me, not in her.
And just at the moment when someone at my side says,
"There, she is gone!"
there are other eyes watching her coming,
and other voices ready to take up the glad shout:
"Here she comes!"
And that is dying.
